THE MISSING LINK OF ARABICA FOUND IN URRAO In southwestern Antioquia, there has been talk for about 10 years about a new variety that is positioned under the name CHIROSO. It is a coffee variety that was identified in the Taza de Antioquia and Colombia competitions, obtaining first place in several of these competitions. Both are very aromatic coffees, with delicate flavors and a sensorial complexity that we could describe as exotic. In markets such as Japan and Korea, where cups of coffee are highly appreciated and valued economically, they already know of its existence.
