Anza Antioquia: “Finca El Pedral” Special Selections from Small Coffee Growers
This batch of specialty coffee comes from a small farm in limited quantities, subject to the coffee grower’s (José Muñoz) production during the year. The air currents that come from Cauca and move through the coffee plantation (located in a depression of the terrain where these currents run), strengthen the sweet, balanced and consistent characteristics that we find in this coffee.
It can be described with notes of caramel, green apple, butter, honey, cocoa, blackberries, peach, chocolate, and raisins.

Process: Mixture of 5-day batches (120-hour fermentation), sun-dried in a canopy Annual production: 3,000kg
